This song is not sad at all. This is funny. The girl is going out with this guy (or maybe they just sleep together from time to time) but she has already imagined their whole life with their kid and what their kid would be like and this obviously scared the shit out of the guy and he just left her. Moral lesson: stop being an idiot and think about what can be and could have been just live in the present. If Anna is meant to be she will be.
