Years after my Dad passed away,I received a letter from his high school reunion group. It had the favorite colors ,songs ect of each class member. My Dad had put down Rainbow Round My Shoulder as his favorite song.I had never heard it and asked a few people through the years but no one ever knew what song I was talking about.Just decided to look it up a few minutes ago and found this. Thanks for posting it.I want to share it with friends and family. My Dad graduated from high school in 1929.
Truly a Great Artiste with such a sense of rhythm and a range of singing that carried his heart in every note. Brilliant. I love the man for his musical contribution.

This is the same record we have in the basement somewhere at home on a 78 with a chip of course. I took it to school in 1970 and it was old then.
