All right people, help me out please. I always liked Dwight’s music, and some Brooks and Dunn too. I mainly listen to 80s rock, AC/DC, Metallica, GnR, Motley Crue, etc. I just moved to Texas and state law requires listening to country music (not really, but I want to kind of fit in). Can you recommend any country songs or bands that are like the style of DY and B&D? I’ve tried just checking out some new stuff but it seems too generic, or worse, almost like country rap and it was a waste of time not having some good suggestions. I know Buck Owens was a big influence on Dwight, so I’ll check him out and someone recommended some Hank Williams Jr. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
